How Our Sheds Are Built

hand carried materials

Materials are hand carried to the site, minimizing disruption to your property.

advantech Floor

This high performance structural panel provides superior strength and stiffness. AdvanTech is specifically engineered to provide water resistance.

2x6 for super strong flooring

We use 2×6 floor joists. Our floors are very strong, plain and simple.

LP smartside

LP SmartSide Trim & Siding products are treated with LPs proprietary SmartGuard® process. With four components of protection, the process adds strength and helps LP products withstand impacts, freeze/thaw cycles, high humidity, fungal decay and termites.

Gable Vents

We include gable air vents on all our sheds.

Progress is underway on our 16x24 shed build!

The footers are dug, concrete piers are poured, and the floor system is coming together using heavy-duty pressure-treated lumber. A solid foundation makes all the difference, and this one is built to last.

We just wrapped up this beautiful 12×16 shed in Bel Air, and the transformation is so good we had to share it!

- And — we handled the demo of the old shed too, so the homeowners didn’t have to lift a finger.

Built Right on the Water in Joppa

This custom 10x12 shed was built on the water in Joppa and designed specifically for its unique location. With transom window double doors and taller walls, it’s not only functional but also a great-looking addition to the property.

Because this shed sits in a flood zone, we worked directly with the permitting requirements and included flood vents to help water move through safely during high-water events—protecting both the structure and the surrounding area.

Every shed we build is custom-built to order, which means we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Whether your property has tight access, special permit requirements, uneven terrain, or waterfront challenges, we design and build each shed to fit your property.
