Our Process
We make adding a new shed to your backyard effortless and hassle-free.
Building Your Vision, Simplified
Our simple building process is designed to make your experience seamless and stress-free. From customizing your design to scheduling your build, we guide you through every step with clear communication and attention to detail. With efficient prefabrication and expert craftsmanship, your custom structure comes to life quickly and precisely.

Step One: After your initial inquiry, we will reach out to discuss your shed via your preferred method of contact to find out what options you would like. We’ll send you a proposal and once you are happy with it, you can print, sign and mail it back to us with your deposit.

Step Two: We take a 10% deposit check to hold your spot on the schedule, and you can mail this along with the signed proposal. (This varies slightly for projects over $10,000).

Step Three: After we receive your check, we’ll work with you to schedule your build. You’ll get a tentative date, which may change slightly, and a more precise date closer to the build.

Step Four: Before your build, you’ll finalize details like window and door placement, shingle color, and paint color(s) (if applicable). We pre-paint and prefabricate parts of your shed in our shop to speed up on-site construction. You’ll receive a form to fill out where you can draw the window and door location, as well as to indicate your paint and shingle colors.

Step Five: About one week before your build, you’ll receive your exact start date. It still may change slightly due to weather.

Step Six: On your build day, we’ll arrive with all our tools and materials and you can show us where you would like the shed. If you can’t be present, just mark where you want the shed and provide access to an electrical outlet. Most builds take a couple of days, and we prefer to leave our materials trailer on-site when possible. Let us know if you have any preferences for the trailer’s location.

Step Seven: You’ll get an estimate of the build duration, and we’ll collect final payment when the job is complete. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. If you won’t be there, you can leave a check for the final payment or we can pick it up after you have had a chance to look over your new shed.

Step Eight: All of our sheds come with a workmanship warranty. If you have any problems with anything, please reach out so we can fix it. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority!
